My home was in need of new caulking between the interior jambs and frames of all my windows, as the builder originally used a very thin bead that eventually cracked, allowing air leakage. I also needed caulking between my exterior masonry window sills and windows, as well as around some timber beams and posts where they adjoined stone masonry. When I came across an ad for Costa Caulking, I immediately contacted them. I received a response within 24 hours, and their estimator came a few days later to inspect the work area in order to provide a quotation. After I accepted the emailed estimate, a date was quickly set up, and a father/son team (Armando & his dad) arrived to do the work. Their workmanship was amazing. All the interior caulking was almost invisible & the beads were very neat and uniform. On the exterior caulking, they colour-matched it to the stone & siding. It was also very professionally done. Dalton spent the day refreshing all the caulking on the windows and doors. He was able to fill a large gap between the flashing and brick on a sliding door which was great. Inside he was able to replace all of the messy caulking and adhesive done by previous owners in the bathrooms. The crew was very nice and willing to accommodate additional requests.
